Are Your Service Technicians Commission-Based?
No. Our plumbers do not work on commission so we don’t oversell you on services that you do not need. We are a small, family-owned company; our overhead is low compared to large corporations and national chains so we pass the savings onto our customers; and we rely heavily on repeat customers, referrals and word-of-mouth, so customer satisfaction is paramount.
Do You Offer Free Estimates? Are They Really Free Or Is A Commitment Required?
We offer over the phone estimates for small to mid-size projects and in-person bids/walk-through’s for larger jobs. Existing/potential customers are also welcome and encouraged to submit photos, for review by a Licensed Plumber, of any issues for a more detailed assessment, analysis and quote.

Yes. We honor a 2 hour (but typically arrive faster) service window. Our plumbers will call when they are en route and notify you immediately of any changes or delays.

Do You Offer Emergency Services And What Is The Cost?
We offer around fast, reliable, around-the-clock emergency plumbing service seven days a week including weekends, holidays and after hours.
Do You Offer Weekend Appointments? If So, Does Your Rate Increase?
